You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and your child's learning data from Pathways at any time. Fill in the form below and we will process your request within 30 days.
What data we hold
- Account details — name, email address, phone number
- Child profiles — name, grade, school
- Learning progress — notes read, test scores, quiz history
- Subscription and payment records
- App usage analytics (anonymised)

What happens next
We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and
complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a
confirmation email once your data has been removed from our systems.
